Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Chat & Voice Process) - Teleperformance

Location: Kolkata

Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for an International Chat & Voice Process. This role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat and voice support (international clients)
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when required
  • Maintain high quality service standards in every interaction
  • Follow defined process guidelines and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduates (Freshers can apply)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of BPO Voice/Non-Voice / Customer Service
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

Shift Details

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Shift Window: Between 4 PM to 10 AM (any 9-hour shift)

Compensation

  • Annual CTC: 2,65,500
  • Monthly CTC: 22,000

Additional Information

  • Immediate joiners are preferred
