Salary:

• ₹265,500 Annual CTC
• ₹22,000 Monthly CTC

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction

• Provide accurate information to customers

• Follow company guidelines and process protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC/Graduate candidates can apply

• Freshers are welcome

• Good English communication skills required

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Shift & Working Details:

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Week Offs

• Rotational Shifts

• Immediate Joiners Preferred
