Role Overview: We are hiring candidates for the US Telecom (Chat Process).The role involves assisting customers through chat support, resolving queries, sharing product or service information, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Job Role: Customer Support Associate — Chat Process

Process: US Telecom Process (Chat Support)

Location: Jaipur Salary: ■24,000 CTC

Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ■2,000

Shift: Rotational Shift Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding telecom services and plans.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Meet quality and productivity targets defined by the process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good written communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
