Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Specialist based on-site in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support via various communication channels, resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, providing technical support when required, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also analyze customer feedback, maintain records of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
