Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Fresh Graduates for a Domestic Technical Voice Support process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing basic technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through voice support.

Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory.

• Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and support processes
• Ability to work from office on a 6-day work week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through inbound and outbound voice calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products and services.
• Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned support team when required.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
