Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and customer-centric professional to join our International Voice Support team. If you have a passion for solving problems and a knack for providing world-class service to global clients, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview Role:

  • Customer Support Associate (International Voice)
  • Experience Required: 1+ Years in International Voice Support (Mandatory)
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
  • Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/AU regions) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer queries, complaints, or technical issues effectively within defined SLAs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Quality Standards: Adhere to international communication standards, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Call Resolution (FCR) scores.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to callers.
  • What We're Looking For Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in an international voice process (BPO/KPO).
  • Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools (like Salesforce or Zendesk), MS Office, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
