Role Overview Role:
- Customer Support Associate (International Voice)
- Experience Required: 1+ Years in International Voice Support (Mandatory)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
- Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/AU regions) with professionalism and empathy.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer queries, complaints, or technical issues effectively within defined SLAs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to international communication standards, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Call Resolution (FCR) scores.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to callers.
- What We're Looking For Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in an international voice process (BPO/KPO).
- Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools (like Salesforce or Zendesk), MS Office, and basic troubleshooting.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
