About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Indore. If you have a passion for helping people, a clear speaking voice, and at least a year of experience in a voice process, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Meet personal and team qualitative/quantitative targets.
Requirements- Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Voice Process (BPO/Customer Service).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore.
- Presence: This is a 100% Work from Office (WFO) role.
- Skills: Strong active listening, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
