We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
  • Provide product, service, and policy information clearly to customers
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Bengali & English
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM or customer support tools
