Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhavnagar for a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes providing assistance with booking processes, troubleshooting technical problems, gathering feedback from clients, and working closely with internal teams to improve service delivery.

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Effective Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
  • Technical Support skills to address and resolve technical inquiries and issues
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other regional languages would be an advantage
