Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Udaipur. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, and provide technical support as needed. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer issues, analyzing feedback to make improvements, and maintaining a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to foster strong relationships with customers
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving related issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and identifying solutions
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
