Job Description: Customer Support (Non-Voice Process)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (5 working days/week)
Role Overview: CS (Non-Voice) will be responsible for backend risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and data verification within a banking/customer support environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform transaction monitoring to detect suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Conduct risk analysis on customer accounts and financial transactions
• Execute data verification and validation processes
• Review flagged cases and escalate high-risk issues
• Maintain documentation of findings and actions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate (any stream)
• Basic banking knowledge required
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
