Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Salary: Up to 27,000 CTC + Incentives

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions related to payment follow-ups, resolving queries, maintaining updated records, and ensuring a positive experience while aligning with the company's service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reach out to customers to follow up on pending payments using structured call scripts and guidelines.
  2. Engage with customers to understand their situation and propose suitable payment arrangements.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including payment status and conversation notes.
  4. Identify cases that require special attention and escalate them as per company protocol.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to customer interaction and payment collection.
  7. Track and report daily activities including calls made and payment status updates.
  8. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service standards and performance metrics.
  9. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets (KPIs) related to call volume and customer resolution.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead or management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply).
  • Freshers or candidates with 12 years of experience in customer service or collections are welcome.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls in a professional and patient manner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
