About the role

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and making products easier to use. You'll be the first point of contact for users, turning questions and issues into clear resolutionsand feedback into product improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with technology and internal teams.

What you'll do
  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets
  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide users to effective solutions
  • Clearly document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns
  • Escalate complex problems to engineering or product teams with proper context
  • Help improve help-docs, FAQs, and internal support processes
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback internally

What we're looking for
  • 13 years of experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
  • Comfortable working with tools like ticketing systems, CRMs, or SaaS products
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people

Nice to have
  • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Jira and Notion
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data, or technical workflows
