Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers by providing timely support and solutions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Duties include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and delivering exceptional service experiences. This is a contract, on-site role located in Vellore. Your ability to demonstrate professionalism and empathy is crucial to success in this dynamic position.
