Job Description

Location: India, Remote

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD, depending on experience

Travel: Occasional travel to our Berlin, Germany office is expected every 4 months

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will work across our two brands, Langship AI and AI Bootcamp, helping deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and participants.

You will serve as a key point of contact for support inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and with a high level of care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

About the Company

AI Bootcamp empowers professionals and business owners to gain practical AI skills in just one week through live, cohort-based programs. Participants learn how to use modern AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, and build real AI-driven solutions. The program is designed for people from all backgrounds and does not require prior technical experience. Through a supportive, hands-on learning environment, participants apply AI to marketing, operations, product development, and more.

What You'll Do
  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers and program participants
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues across email, chat, and other support channels
  • Deliver technical assistance for platform, onboarding, and program-related challenges
  • Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Track, document, and organize customer feedback and recurring issues
  • Help improve support workflows, documentation, and internal tools
  • Collaborate across both Langship AI and AI Bootcamp to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality support

  • What We're Looking For
    • Strong experience in customer support and customer satisfaction
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
    • Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues clearly and efficiently
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay highly organized
    • Comfort managing multiple conversations and priorities at once
    • Familiarity with AI tools or bootcamp-style training programs is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
