Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate / Process Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

Location: AKR Infinity, Hosur Rd, Muneshwara Nagar, Bengaluru

Work Schedule: 6 days working, General Shift

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, articulate, and customer-focused individuals who possess excellent English communication skills, along with proficiency in at least one language. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. If you have a passion for helping others and a natural flair for conversation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism in English
  • Assist customers in their preferred language,
  • Resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers & Experienced both welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in any one language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, etc.)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Positive attitude, strong listening skills, and problem-solving ability
