Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)
Location: Baner, Pune
Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST (India Night Shift)
Working Days: Sunday to Wednesday
Compensation: ₹3.25 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice) to support payroll and timekeeping operations for healthcare professionals in the US. This role involves reviewing timesheets, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely processing through email and ticket-based communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate weekly timecards and timesheets.
- Verify work hours, overtime, leave, and other pay-related entries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
- Track pending approvals and ensure adherence to payroll deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams through emails and ticketing platforms.
- Generate reports and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, payroll support, workforce administration, back-office operations, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll systems, databases, ATS, or ticketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to healthcare staffing or workforce management is preferred.
