Shift: Rotational | Night shifts common

About the Role

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls and assist employees/customers with queries, requests, and support-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls professionally.
• Assist with customer/employee queries and requests.
• Resolve issues or escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate call records.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English – CEFR B2 level.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Cab Facility: Available from 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM within approximately 25 KM of the office.
