Customer Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Commissioning and troubleshooting of products including Boilers, Pressure

Reducing Stations, Temperature Control Valves, Condensate Recovery

Systems, Steam Traps, Flow Meters, and Analytical Products.

Providing prompt technical support and solutions to customer concerns to

ensure optimal product performance.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, with

a focus on improving service levels and customer retention.

Driving after-market revenue by identifying and gener AMCs, spare parts, and

service-related business.

Frequent travel to customer sites for hands-on support.

Qualification and Requirements:

Experience: 3-10 yrs in the field of Mechanical products, Product Engineering

Qualification: B.E Mechanical

Key Skills: Knowledge of Steam Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Gas Analyzers, etc.
