Roles And Responsibilities

  • Understanding the key requirements of every customer and interact with them freely
  • Maximize the better relationships of existing customers by proposing the new featured products continuously
  • Need to deploy the product services in a timely manner and be ensure that the exact product of customer
  • Be in the service of communication link between the key customers and the specific teams
  • Determine the issues and problems faced by customers and clarify the complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare attractive reports of product progress and submit on exact time as given by the team
  • Acknowledge all the customer enquiries and need to provide a higher level of customer support
