Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Rohini Delhi. The role entails responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer concerns, maintaining communication records, and contributing to improving customer service processes.

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
• Experience providing Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and implement effective solutions
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
