Customer Support Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (5 Days Work From Office)

Shift: Complete Rotational Shifts, Including Weekends

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience.
• Hands-on experience in International Voice Support.
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic awareness or experience with AI-powered tools, chatbots, or AI copilots.
• Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels.
• Domain experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is important.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Other Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
• Must be comfortable with complete rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-week notice period only.
