• 0–1 year experience (Chat/E-mail preferred)
• Strong communication & customer empathy
• Basic problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Ability to handle queries and minor escalations

2. Customer Support Specialist (Mid-Level) | 1–3 Years

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of customer support experience
• Strong stakeholder handling & escalation management
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Good to have: US process experience / cultural awareness

3. Senior Customer Support Leader | 10+ Years

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years in contact center / retail / financial services
• Strong people leadership & team management experience
• Expertise in KPI tracking, coaching & talent development
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Strong technical aptitude (MS Office & service tools)
