Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves assisting clients with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing prompt support through various channels, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate would also analyze feedback and contribute to improving the overall client experience.
