Role: Customer Support Software Engineers
Role Description
We are seekingfull-time customer support software engineers to be based in Chennai office (located in Mahindra World City). The role is to provide technical support, configure ESEC to meet organizational needs, understand customer requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integration for customers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining system performance and to work closely with technical teams of different customers to optimize software assets.
Qualifications
Programming experiencewith C# or Python
Understandingof data dictionaries, lists, and other data structures in C# or Python
