Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kochi for a Chat: Customer Support (with Sales) representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to support, you will proactively identify sales opportunities and assist customers in understanding the value of Final Apps Shopify solutions. You will collaborate with the technical and sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Technical Support knowledge to troubleshoot and assist customers with Shopify-related solutions
• Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Previous experience in E-Commerce, Shopify, or SaaS support is a strong plu
