About the Role

We are hiring for our International Customer Support & Sales team based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Graduates from any city or state across India are invited to apply. This role is ideal for candidates who can communicate confidently in English, enjoy assisting customers, and are comfortable presenting or pitching products/services.

Comprehensive training is provided for both customer support and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with international customers professionally
• Understand and resolve customer queries
• Provide clear product/service information in English
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling when applicable
• Close sales in a professional manner
• Maintain high standards of customer experience
• Work according to process guidelines and performance metrics
