Position: Sales & Marketing Support Executive

CTC: 2.5 3.0 Lakhs per annum
Location: Chennai, Vepery.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Executive to assist our sales and marketing teams in driving business growth. The role involves customer coordination, sales documentation, follow-ups, and basic marketing support, especially in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with customers for enquiries, order status, and dispatch details
- Maintain customer data, sales records, and CRM reports
- Support in preparing sales presentations and product information
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback
Marketing Support
- Support basic marketing activities such as emailers, brochures, and social media coordination
- Assist in lead management and follow-up from marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and exhibitions (if any)
- Collect market and competitor information and share insights with the team
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order execution
- Ensure timely communication between sales, accounts, and operations
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales and marketing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (DME, BE, MBA in Marketing is a plus but not mandatory)
- 13 years of experience in sales support / marketing support / customer coordination
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English & local language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to follow up systematically and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial products is an added advantage

Compensation
