We are hiring a professional to handle customer support calls and chat messages and to engage with sales leads. The role involves assisting customers in purchasing from our online store and supporting lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and chats

Call and chat with sales leads

Assist with product details, pricing, and order placement

Follow up on inquiries and support sales closure

Coordinate with internal teams as required

Requirements

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

Clear and professional communication skills

Basic knowledge of customer support and sales

Prior experience in e-commerce or inside sales preferred.
