Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide product/service information to customers
Maintain customer records in system
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow company process and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to higher team
Meet daily performance targets
Good Typing And Communication Skills Required
