Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Customer Support Representative in Sales. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will serve as the first point of contact for patrons, troubleshoot customer issues, and work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves contributing to the achievement of sales and service targets through excellent communication and proactive engagement with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills to manage customer inquiries effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in sales or food and hospitality industries is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali is preferred
