Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound Japanese customer support calls confidently.
- Resolve Level 1 inquiries using clear processes.
- Log and update tickets accurately in HubSpot.
- Escalate complex issues to internal experts.
- Follow call handling and documentation standards.
- Perform ticket clean-up during downtime.
- Improve FAQs, scripts, and support resources.
Qualification and requirements:
- Fluent Japanese, spoken and written.
- Professional phone-based customer service experience.
- Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems like HubSpot.
- Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Reliable, self-directed, and process-oriented mindset.
