Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to international clients through an International Voice Process.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, concise, and empathetic communication.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Customer Support.
  • You possess strong skills in International Voice Support and are comfortable communicating with global customers.
  • You are customer-centric, patient, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
