About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Support representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position based in India offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the healthcare sector by providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, handling inbound customer interactions related to healthcare services and devices. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless, professional, and empathetic service experience, helping customers navigate their healthcare needs efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of medical devices, particularly CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) and BGM (Blood Glucose Monitoring) devices.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of both English and Hindi, spoken and written
  • Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is essential
  • Experience supporting CGM and BGM devices is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high accountability
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery
  • Basic technical proficiency with healthcare devices and software

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions related to healthcare services and medical devices, providing accurate and clear information
  • Support customers in troubleshooting issues related to CGM and BGM devices, offering effective solutions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and personalized service
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow internal protocols for case management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, healthcare regulations, and company policies to provide accurate assistance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions
