Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, based in Malviya Nagar Delhi. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The role requires a proactive approach to delivering seamless support to customers and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions with customers
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Max Salary 37k CTC per month and shifts are rotational.
