Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our BPO team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience who are looking to grow their careers in customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while providing excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
