About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Pre-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with warm leads across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education, helping identify customer needs and qualifying prospects for further sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines to qualify prospects effectively.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and confidently handle customer objections.
- Collaborate with clients sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring high-quality customer conversations.
Requirements :
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or BPO.
- Comfortable handling 100–120 calls per day.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (weekends included, with one weekday off).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is an added advantage.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
