Purpose: Purpose of this document is to define the criteria of candidates we intend to hire for the
designated account.
Role Title: Advisor (Customer Support)
Minimum Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
Work Experience: 50% fresher & 50% Experienced
Essential Skills: Clear spoken and written communication (basic English, versant 3 or 4 equivalent +
Hindi).
Technical Skills
- Primarily in English and Hindi.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with using email, chat tools, and CRM software.
- Keyboard Skills: Typing and data entry skills 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy
- Problem solving skills
- Customer Service Skills:
Active listening to understand customer concerns.
Customer Service Mindset
Patience, empathy, and politeness when dealing with complaints or questions.
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to quickly resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.
Other Requirements: 6 days working: Ability to work in Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and voice channels according to assigned shifts.
- Respond to customer queries clearly and professionally, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Use CRM and support tools to log interactions, update tickets, and track case progress.
- Triage and resolve routine issues (account, billing, bookings, cancellations), escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Follow predefined processes and scripts while adapting communication to customer needs with empathy and patience.
- Meet individual quality and productivity targets (response time, resolution time, quality scores).
- Refer to and update the knowledge base; suggest process improvements based on recurring issues.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely closure of pending customer requests.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate notes for continuity of service.
- Adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines while handling customer information.
