Customer Support / Process Associate (Freshers)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Process Associates / Customer Support Executives. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries and support operations professionally
• Maintain accurate records and process information efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
