Job Title: Tech Support – Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Tech Support Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide technical support over voice calls.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update service requests accurately.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
• Age: Up to 30 years.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift & Benefits:

• Rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Salary: Up to ₹34,000 CTC / ₹28,000 take-home.
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility.
• Location: ITPL, Bangalore.
