Job Title: Customer Support Officer Designation: Cust Support Officer

Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in the insurance sector and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. This role is crucial in providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.

Mandatory Skills:
