• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling customers over Voice & Chat
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary & Incentives

• Fresher Salary: 18,000 In-Hand
• Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 2,750 per month

• Handle customer queries and provide support over calls and chat
• Assist US customers with their concerns and requests
• Provide accurate and professional resolutions
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Meet process and performance targets
