Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-5 Years
Industry: Engineering / Industrial Products / Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations & process orders
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, invoicing & order execution
Manage customer complaints, returns & order tracking
Maintain receivables and ensure timely payments
Support sales through client interaction & basic negotiations
Visit customers and maintain strong relationships
Assist in marketing activities & events
Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics)
3-5 years experience in Engineering / Industrial product company
Knowledge of SAP & ISO systems (preferred)
Good communication & MS Office skills
