Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Scalenut + Kefi
Location: Gurugram (In-Office)
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
We're looking for a high-agency Customer Success Manager to own and scale customer success across Scalenut and Kefi (with primary focus on Kefi).
This is a 0→1 role, where you'll be hands-on across support, demos, and onboarding, while also building systems, processes, and eventually a team.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end customer support (hands-on initially; build and manage team over time)
- Conduct product demos, onboarding, and success calls for global customers
- Build and manage a scalable knowledge base/help centre across both products
- Design and implement CS processes, workflows, and playbooks
- Work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to improve customer experience
- Drive customer onboarding, activation, and retention
Scope
- The majority focus on Kefi (0→1 build phase)
- Secondary support for Scalenut's existing CS workflows
Who you are
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with global clients (calls + demos)
- High ownership can build and run CS from scratch
- Structured thinker who can create processes and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in CS/onboarding/support in SaaS is preferred
