Role Description

• Handle 80–100 inbound & outbound customer calls/day
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
• Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Support upselling and identify relevant opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
