Qualification Any graduate (mandatory)

Mode of Work(WFH or WFO) WFO, Bengaluru

Interview process (Virtual)

Rotational off.

You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA's.

Support inbound sales through upselling or cross selling of products or services.

Ability to handle disputes

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work well in a team

Adaptable and flexible

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).-MUST
  • Proven work experience in an international contact center environment in making/receiving calls.
  • Experience working and delivering under strict timeline.
  • Should have neutral accent
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Agile and flexible with work schedule.
  • Logical and analytical thought process.
  • Willing to work in any shift (EST/CST/MST/PST) or Afternoon Shift - 12:30 - 02:30 IST (Hoop)
