Job Role

International Voice/Non-Voice Process – English

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to customers and understanding their needs.
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to products and services.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• PUC (12th) / Diploma (3 years) / Undergraduates / Graduates

Experience

• Candidates with prior relevant BPO experience (minimum 6 months to 1 year) are eligible to apply.

• If shortlisted, candidates are requested to remain active on calls and emails.
• Openings available for both Contract and Permanent roles.
• Age limit: 30 years.
• Candidates up to 33 years of age may be considered if they possess relevant BPO experience.
