Customer Support - International & Domestic Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls professionally
• Resolve queries and provide support in a timely manner
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduation in any stream
• Freshers are also eligible
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support (International voice process experience preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Immediate joiners preferred
