Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to assist the support team in handling day-to-day customer interactions and operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and process coordination in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Support the team in resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure query resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Academics) for issue resolution
- Help ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for process improvement
Qualifications
- Graduate / Final-year student / Freshers can apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills
