Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Support learner outreach activities through calls
  • Assist in follow-ups with inactive learners
  • Help maintain learner tracking sheets and engagement records
  • Coordinate learner reminders for upcoming sessions/batches
  • Support reporting and analysis of learner engagement data
  • Assist the learner engagement team with operational tasks

Expectations/KPIs

  • Target of high-volume learner outreach and connected calls
  • Strong learner engagement and communication quality
  • Contribution toward improving overall learner completion metrics
  • Consistent documentation and reporting of learner feedback and trends

Preferred Skills

  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral/American accent
  • Experience in US customer support or outbound calling environments
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational communication abilities
  • Comfortable handling large call volumes
  • Basic reporting/documentation skills
  • Ability to work in US business hours/shift alignment
